The app cannot open a video
Make sure the file is a video type iOS can read and that it is fully available on your device. Files still downloading from iCloud or another provider may need to finish downloading first.
Compression takes a while
Large videos, high resolutions, and high bitrate settings can take longer. Keeping the app open while it works gives iOS the best chance to complete the export.
The result is larger than expected
Estimated size is based on bitrate and duration. Actual size can vary depending on the source video, encoder behavior, audio, and container overhead.
Refunds and purchases
Vidpress purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple's App Store purchase support flow.
