Welcome to We-Be. We-Be is a social platform built for artists, businesses, supporters, and communities to connect directly through content, music, messaging, livestreaming, stores, memberships, and fan support tools.
By accessing or using We-Be, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use We-Be.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must keep your login credentials secure.
- We-Be may offer different roles, badges, memberships, plans, or access levels, and those may change over time.
Every We-Be member must begin with a personal account for an individual person. Personal accounts may not be created or renamed as bands, music projects, groups, companies, venues, studios, brands, or other commercial or promotional identities.
- Personal account names and display names must identify an individual person, not a band, business, group, company, venue, or project.
- Artist, band, venue, business, music, event, sales, booking, and promotional activity must be conducted through an artist or business page.
- A Plus account is required to use artist tools and related promotional tools on We-Be.
- A Pro account is required for standalone connected websites and website-publishing tools.
- Having Plus or Pro does not turn a personal account into a band, artist, business, or venue account. You must still create and use the proper artist or business page from your dashboard.
- Personal profiles may not be used to advertise gigs, promote your own music, collect business, route bookings, sell goods or services, or otherwise bypass paid page-based tools.
- We-Be may rename, restrict, remove content from, suspend, or terminate accounts or profiles that violate these account and page-use rules.
You agree not to use We-Be to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, or exploit other users.
- Upload or share content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or unlawfully violent.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Interfere with the operation, safety, or security of the platform.
- Use bots, scraping, or unauthorized automation to access We-Be.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, but you grant We-Be and Kat 'n Marlin Enterprises LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, stream, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, market, monetize, and provide the service.
You represent and warrant that you own the content you upload, share, stream, sell, or otherwise make available on We-Be, or that you have secured all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to do so, including for music, artwork, photos, video, logos, performances, likenesses, and any third-party material.
This license includes the right for We-Be to display your content to users, stream it through the platform, feature it in feeds or promotional placements, and monetize or facilitate monetization of that content through platform tools such as memberships, purchases, tips, subscriptions, tickets, or similar features you enable.
We-Be may remove, restrict, demonetize, mute, disable, block access to, or delete content that we believe violates these Terms, infringes another person's rights, lacks required permissions, or creates safety, legal, policy, or platform risk.
We-Be may allow artists, businesses, and other approved users to sell music, merchandise, memberships, tickets, digital items, or other offerings.
- Music purchases are for personal use unless otherwise stated.
- Buying music does not transfer copyright or ownership of the recording or composition.
- Download access may be subject to technical, account, anti-fraud, or licensing limits.
- Sellers are responsible for their listings, rights, descriptions, and fulfillment obligations.
- We-Be may suspend or remove commerce features at any time to address safety, legal, policy, or operational issues.
- We-Be may offer paid memberships, token packages, subscriptions, tips, and other paid features.
- Prices, benefits, and availability may change.
- When you buy a token package, you receive exactly the number of tokens shown at checkout. We-Be does not use bonus-token promotions or alternate exchange rates.
- For artist payouts on We-Be, each token earned carries $1.00 in payout value.
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise, token purchases and digital purchases are non-refundable.
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or app-platform payment systems.
- We-Be does not store full payment-card numbers.
If you use livestreaming, live chat, or similar features, you are responsible for the content you broadcast, display, say, or enable others to post during the stream.
- You must have the rights needed for music, video, images, and performances used in your stream.
- You may not livestream illegal, infringing, abusive, or sexually explicit material.
- We-Be may monitor, remove, restrict, archive, or terminate livestreams to protect the platform and its users.
We-Be may use human review, automated tools, and safety workflows to investigate abuse, fraud, copyright complaints, platform misuse, or other violations.
We may preserve, review, and disclose information where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect rights, or respond to safety concerns.
We-Be is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery timing, uninterrupted access, sales volume, audience growth, streaming success, or income.
- We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or features at our discretion for violations, safety reasons, legal reasons, fraud, or abuse.
- You may stop using We-Be at any time.
- Certain provisions of these Terms continue after your use ends, including provisions about payments, rights, liability, and disputes.
Your use of We-Be is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We-Be doesn't exploit or sell user data, and we do not grant advertisers access to private user content.
The We-Be service, brand, logos, and original platform materials are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We-Be and Kat 'n Marlin Enterprises LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date above. Continued use of We-Be after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
